These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trainrr (the "Services"), including the Trainrr website, coach web app, coach mobile app, and client mobile apps. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
About Trainrr
Trainrr provides tools for fitness professionals to create and deliver training and nutrition plans, communicate with clients, and manage coaching workflows.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Free trials (if offered) start on sign-up and end on the date shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing from time to time. Any pricing changes will apply at the start of the next billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Referral Program
Trainrr may offer referral programs that allow coaches to share referral codes or links with other coaches. Referral offers, credits, and eligibility rules may change or be discontinued at any time and may be limited to specific users, plans, countries, or campaigns.
- Referral discounts for new coaches apply only when a valid referral code or link is used during sign-up and the referred coach completes checkout on an eligible Trainrr plan.
- Referral rewards for the referring coach are issued as credits toward that coach's Trainrr plan unless we state otherwise.
- Referral rewards are only earned after the referred coach meets all applicable eligibility requirements, including any required payment, validation, or waiting period.
- Attribution of referrals is determined by Trainrr's systems based on factors such as referral code usage and timing, and such determinations are final.
- Referral codes must not be shared in a misleading, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful manner, including through spam or self-referrals.
- We may withhold, cancel, reverse, or refuse referral discounts or rewards where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, chargebacks, refunds, duplicate accounts, ineligible sign-ups, or any breach of these Terms.
- Referral rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless we expressly state otherwise.
- Referral rewards may be subject to expiration or additional limitations as specified by Trainrr.
- We may limit, suspend, or terminate access to the referral program at any time.
Affiliate Program
Trainrr may offer an affiliate or partner program that allows individuals to earn commissions for referring new coaches to the Services. Participation may be subject to approval and additional requirements.
- Commissions are only earned on valid payments from eligible new customers and are subject to any applicable eligibility criteria, including payment completion and waiting periods.
- Commissions, rates, payout timing, and thresholds may change or be discontinued at any time.
- Payouts may be subject to minimum thresholds and may be delayed to account for refunds, chargebacks, or fraud prevention.
- You are responsible for any taxes, reporting, or obligations related to affiliate earnings.
- We may withhold, adjust, or cancel commissions where we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
- We may suspend or terminate participation in the affiliate program at any time.
Client payments and packages
If you use Trainrr to create payment packages or collect client payments, you are responsible for the pricing, content, and delivery of those services. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and fees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to use.
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Services.
- Sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access to your account unless expressly permitted by Trainrr.
Coach and client responsibilities
You are responsible for the programs, guidance, and communications you provide to clients. Trainrr does not provide medical advice. You should ensure your coaching complies with applicable professional standards.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services. You grant Trainrr a limited license to host, store, and display that content only as needed to operate the Services.
Intellectual property
Trainrr and its logos, software, and design are owned by Trainrr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party services. Trainrr is not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies apply.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of material changes.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by email or through the Services. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Trainrr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainrr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Trainrr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
Privacy

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
