These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Trainrr (the "Services"), including the Trainrr website, coach web app, and client mobile apps. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
About Trainrr
Trainrr provides tools for fitness professionals to create and deliver training and nutrition plans, communicate with clients, and manage coaching workflows.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information and keep it updated.
Subscriptions, trials, and billing
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Free trials (if offered) start on sign-up and end on the date shown at checkout.
- You can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Client payments and packages
If you use Trainrr to create payment packages or collect client payments, you are responsible for the pricing, content, and delivery of those services. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms and fees.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Violating any laws or regulations.
- Infringing on intellectual property rights.
- Attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to use.
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with the Services.
Coach and client responsibilities
You are responsible for the programs, guidance, and communications you provide to clients. Trainrr does not provide medical advice. You should ensure your coaching complies with applicable professional standards.
User content
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Services. You grant Trainrr a limited license to host, store, and display that content only as needed to operate the Services.
Intellectual property
Trainrr and its logos, software, and design are owned by Trainrr and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services without permission.
Third-party services
The Services may integrate with third-party services. Trainrr is not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies apply.
Availability and changes
We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We will try to provide notice of material changes, but this is not always possible.
Disclaimer
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Trainrr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trainrr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Trainrr harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your content.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
